Up a creek with no paddle. That's where my clinic was in in November 2018. I'd just hired staff. I was set to expand. Then my site dropped off the first page in Google - and not just off the first page, but off the radar entirely. The phone stopped ringing almost over night. Patient volume crashed by more than half.
